Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will also work with various hand and power tools to complete projects according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and be able to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately. This position may require working at heights, on scaffolding, or in confined spaces, so physical fitness is a must. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Inspect wood surfaces for defects or damage
- Repair or replace damaged or rotting wood
- Use hand and power tools to cut and shape materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, plumbers, etc.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations
- Physical strength with the ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with attention to detail
- Familiarity with power tools (saws, drills) is a plus
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
and other professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1300$ per month
