Contract Administrator - Ashdod, Israel
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's contracts. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments and updates.
- Communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information needed for contract creation or modifications.
- Process any necessary paperwork for contract approvals and signatures.
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the life of the contract.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on contract status and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus).
