Nepali Restaurant Manager in Las Vegas


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nepali Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As the manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial management. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement new strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health codes
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food service
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key metrics for upper management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of Nepali cuisine
- Prior experience working with international employees
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Las Vegas
