Indian Restaurant Manager in Las Vegas


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage a diverse team of restaurant staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards and are prepared according to recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, payroll, and cost control measures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)
