Construction Manager
We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al Ahmadi. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee the budget, schedule, and quality control of each project
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports and presentations for upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Al Ahmadi preferred
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 USD per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position. Fluency in English is not required; however, proficiency may be beneficial.
