Office Administrator
We are a reputable company in Al Ahmadi seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative tasks within the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Assist in planning company events and meetings
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped for daily operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport preferred but not mandatory
