Senior Financial Accountant

We are searching for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team in Wiltz. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for cost savings.
- Make recommendations to improve financial performance based on your analysis.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and practices.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: $1300/month
