Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Lom. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and experience in conducting land surveys. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field and be proficient in using surveying equipment and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and technology
- Create detailed maps, plans, and reports based on survey data
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to gather information and ensure accurate results
- Analyze data and make recommendations for land development projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols
- Train and mentor junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and technology such as GPS, GIS, total stations, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in Lom with accommodation provided
