Office Assistant - Bansko, India
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bansko, India. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending packages
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items when needed
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200$ per month
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Applicants must have their own visa for employment in India.
