Heavy Equipment Operator



We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform various construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Load and unload materials using heavy equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy machinery
- Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
