We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer to join our growing team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other necessary equipment on roofs or ground-mounted structures
- Ensure all equipment is installed safely and according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement of solar panels
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar energy systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with the system
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights and with electricity
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the installation process, maintenance requirements, and system performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical diagrams and instructions
- Good physical stamina

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month. However, there is potential for growth within the company based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for employees who reside outside of Svalbard.

Freshers:
While 2 years of experience is preferred, we are open to considering freshers who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
