We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Medina. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal components together to create structures or repair existing ones. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting and setting up welding equipment, and performing quality checks on finished products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in operating welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or instructions from supervisors.
- Select appropriate welding equipment based on the project requirements.
- Set up welding equipment properly by adjusting voltage, amperage, or wire speed.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing dirt, rust or other debris.
- Weld components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG or arc welders.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
- Repair any defects in completed products.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
