Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine their validity and coverage. You will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals to gather information and negotiate settlements. This full-time position is based in Nairobi and requires proficiency in English. Previous experience as an adjuster or in the insurance industry is preferred. As a Claims Adjuster, your duties may include reviewing policy coverage, analyzing evidence and reports, conducting interviews with involved parties, estimating damages, negotiating settlements, and documenting findings. Your goal will be to ensure fair and accurate resolutions for all parties involved in the claim.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is essential. Fluency in English is required for this position.
