Claims Adjuster

A claims adjuster is responsible for investigating and processing insurance claims. They work with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals to gather information and assess the validity of a claim. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make fair and accurate decisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in the insurance industry, be fluent in English, and possess a biometric passport for travel purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
- Conduct interviews with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Gather evidence such as photos, documents, and witness statements
- Analyze information to determine the cause of loss or damage
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with claimants
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities
- Communicate with insurance company representatives regarding claim status
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the claims process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Biometric passport for international travel
