Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to move materials, load and unload trucks, and perform various tasks on construction sites. The ideal candidate should have prior experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid license/certification.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily pre- and post-operational checks on equipment
- Load and unload materials using heavy equipment
- Move materials around construction sites as directed by the supervisor
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid license/certification to operate heavy equipment
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Ability to read and understand blueprints or diagrams is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Vilnius and is open for both locals and foreigners.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience Level:
No prior experience is required for this position. We welcome candidates without any previous experience but with the necessary qualifications.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing if not living in Vilnius.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Lithuania. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
