Back-End Developer


We are a fast-growing tech company based in Kaunas, seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our server-side code. You will also collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient and scalable server-side code
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Optimize the performance of our web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Ensure high availability of our servers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of web development principles and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, one of the largest cities in Lithuania known for its vibrant tech scene. While English language proficiency is not required for this job, it is recommended for better integration into the local community.
