We are seeking experienced and skilled Welders to join our growing team in Bungoma. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
