We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on metal materials
- Operate welding equipment such as gas torches and electric arc welders
- Join metal parts by heating and melting them together
- Ensure the quality of welded joints meets safety standards
- Inspect completed welds for defects
- Repair broken or damaged metal parts by welding them back together

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a similar role
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
