We are currently searching for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, making adjustments as necessary
- Build strong relationships with clients and potential customers through excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Train, mentor, and develop sales staff to ensure consistent performance improvement
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the field of sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
