Preservation Architect



As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure the integrity and authenticity of these historic landmarks are maintained. This part-time position, located in the beautiful city of Alta, offers a salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation, a free visa, and a ticket.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Familiarity with historical preservation guidelines and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments of historical buildings to determine preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans that meet client's goals and comply with regulations
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for restoration projects
- Oversee construction work to ensure adherence to preservation plans
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress and budget to ensure timely completion within budget
- Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
