Excavator Operator

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move dirt, rock, and other materials to prepare construction sites. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the equipment and ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times. This position requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as needed
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or conveyor belts
- Follow blueprints or instructions from supervisors to accurately complete tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment including cleaning, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn parts
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating an excavator or similar heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy equipment

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
