Excavator Operator - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy construction equipment to move earth, materials, and other objects. Your primary goal will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following all safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy construction equipment on job sites
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Use hand signals or radio communication to direct movement and positioning of materials and equipment
- Dig trenches, ditches, foundations, or holes according to specifications provided by project manager
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators or similar heavy construction equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
Starting salary is $1000 per month with potential for increases based on performance.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.

This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates must have a valid work permit for Lithuania.
