Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to inspect quality of work and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget and resources efficiently

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software (such as AutoCAD or Revit)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Salary is negotiable based on experience. This job is open to all nationalities but proficiency in English is preferred.
