Facade Technician

We are a leading construction company in Jerusalem seeking a highly skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This position is suitable for men with an Indian nationality who have a valid work visa and are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of facade systems, including glass, metal panels, and stone
- Perform regular maintenance on existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time and within budget
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for facade solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Facade Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different facade systems and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Valid work visa for Israel (if not already based in Jerusalem)
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
