Our growing tech company in Herzliya is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and software development.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI integration
- Conduct data analysis and identify patterns to improve machine learning models
- Train and test machine learning models using various tools and techniques
- Optimize existing machine learning systems for increased accuracy and efficiency
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of machine learning and AI

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras) is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
