Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing computer systems to meet the needs of the organization. They will be responsible for evaluating and recommending technology solutions, as well as troubleshooting and providing technical support. This role requires strong communication skills, as the analyst will work closely with both technical and non-technical departments to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements. The analyst must also have knowledge of programming languages and be able to write code to develop and maintain systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement computer systems.
- Conduct testing to ensure systems meet functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Write code in various programming languages to develop new systems or maintain existing ones.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend ways to incorporate them into current systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with different departments.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred:
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (with preference for Egyptian or Kenyan candidates)
