English Tutor
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Kaunas. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective language instruction to students of all levels, with a focus on Nepali speakers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and wants to make a positive impact on students' language skills and cultural understanding. In addition to a competitive salary of 1700$, we also offer free visa and ticket for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on individual students' needs and goals
- Teach English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Incorporate cultural aspects into lessons to enhance students' understanding of English-speaking countries
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on areas of improvement
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Experience working with Nepali speakers is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
