We are seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Atlanta. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make high-quality coffee drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including brewing stations and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude and addressing any concerns or complaints they may have
- Keep up-to-date with new coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our products
- Train new employees on coffee making techniques, customer service skills, and company policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings or late nights if needed
Salary:
$900 per month
