Junior Database Administrator

We are hiring a Junior Database Administrator to join our team in Bergen. As a Junior Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's databases. You will also assist in the development and implementation of new database systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the databases
- Ensure data integrity and security
- Assist in the development of new database systems
- Perform regular backups and restorations as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate data from different sources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL, data modeling, and normalization
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Salary: Starting at 1300$ per month.

Location: Bergen, Norway.
