Job Title: Experienced Handyman for Maintenance and Repair in Vianden, Luxembourg


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Perform repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to standard

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong knowledge of different maintenance procedures including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to handle tools and equipment
- Fluent in English (Malayalee proficiency preferred)
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available
