Part-Time Librarian in Plovdiv, Bulgaria


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team at our library located in Plovdiv. As a Part-Time Librarian, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the library, including cataloging and shelving books, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working in a library setting is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons with locating books and materials
- Conduct research for patrons upon request
- Catalog new books and materials into the library system
- Shelve books and maintain organization of shelves
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails related to library inquiries
- Assist with planning and organizing library events
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
