As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to complete construction projects. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of equipment before and after use
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on the job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Physical ability to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work full-time in Ufa, Russia

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month with the potential for growth based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
