Heavy Equipment Operator

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in all weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid driver's license. This full-time position offers a salary of 1000$ per month with the option for part-time work. Accommodations are provided and this job is suitable for men with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and equipment operation
- Complete necessary paperwork and log hours of operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and understand job site specifications
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites or in similar environments
- Bilingual in English and Arabic
