Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Dickirch. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, as well as creating reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided. Malayalees preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large data sets using various tools and techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, or R programming languages
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings in simple terms
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
