Personal Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Trainer to join our fitness center in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as a strong background in exercise science and nutrition. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans for clients, providing instruction and motivation during training sessions, and tracking progress towards fitness goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different fitness levels and goals of clients. The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

As our Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including Pakistani nationals, foreigners, English speakers, and women. You will play an integral role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels, goals, and any potential limitations
- Design personalized workout plans based on clients' needs and preferences
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with proper form correction and motivation
- Educate clients on proper nutrition habits to support their fitness journey
- Track clients' progress through regular assessments and adjust workouts accordingly
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research new exercises or techniques to incorporate into training sessions

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in the field
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition principles, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew or Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and goals of clients
- Passion for health and wellness with a positive attitude towards helping others achieve their goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must have own visa and be legally allowed to work in Jerusalem
