Personal Trainer
We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Vilnius. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized workout plans, providing one-on-one training sessions, and guiding clients towards achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we offer visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.
As a Personal Trainer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing personalized workout plans based on clients' fitness goals and abilities
- Conducting one-on-one training sessions with clients
- Educating clients on proper form and technique to prevent injuries
- Providing guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes to support fitness goals
- Tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments to workout plans
- Motivating and encouraging clients to reach their full potential
- Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment for clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or related field preferred
- Certification in personal training or fitness required
- In-depth knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Understanding of different body types and physical limitations
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
