Handyman for Residential Properties in Dubai (Indian Candidates Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Dubai, with a focus on maintaining and repairing residential properties. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance. We are looking for candidates who have experience in these areas and are able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Install new fixtures or appliances when required
- Repair or replace damaged items such as doors, windows, or furniture
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman in residential properties
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry tools and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- English speaking skills are required for effective communication with tenants
