Factory Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled and reliable Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our factory.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machinery according to company guidelines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or defects
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments for efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damaged parts to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, production output, and any incidents or accidents that may occur

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience operating factory machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams for machine operation and maintenance
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic computer skills for data entry tasks

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
