As a Gardener in Eldoret, Kenya, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of private residences or public establishments. Your duties may include planting, watering, pruning, and weeding plants, mowing lawns, and maintaining garden equipment. You may also be responsible for designing and implementing new garden layouts and assisting with landscaping projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of different plants and their care requirements. You should also have experience with gardening tools and equipment and be physically fit to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and weeding plants according to their specific requirements
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Maintaining garden equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and shears
- Designing new garden layouts or assisting with landscaping projects
- Applying fertilizers or pesticides as needed
- Removing debris and maintaining cleanliness of outdoor spaces
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening preferences
- Providing recommendations for plant selection based on climate and soil conditions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Good knowledge of different plants' care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment effectively
- Physically fit to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand clients' preferences

Salary: The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
