Arabic-Speaking Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Arabic-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by building strong relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective clients in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
- Develop a deep understanding of the market trends and customer needs in order to effectively position our products
- Negotiate agreements and close sales deals according to company guidelines
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
- Keep track of all sales activities including leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups using our CRM system

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be able to work legally in Al Buraymi with accommodation provided

Salary: 1000$ per month + commission on sales.
