Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company in Chelyabinsk, seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience or English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior facades, including cladding, insulation, and finishes
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades, such as cleaning and sealing
- Work closely with architects and contractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to design plans
- Use specialized tools and equipment for accurate measurement and cutting of materials
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns to project managers in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proficient in working with various facade materials such as metal, glass, stone, and concrete
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.

This job is located in Chelyabinsk. Preference will be given to local candidates.
