We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metals together and create strong, durable structures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in welding and be able to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently to join metals
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, debris or grease
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Welder is required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or ARC welding
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are English speaking. We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month with accommodation provided.
