Blast Furnace Operator - Malindi, Kenya

We are hiring for a Blast Furnace Operator to work in our steel manufacturing plant in Malindi, Kenya. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of molten iron. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided.

Requirements:
- Must be a Kenyan citizen or have the right to work in Kenya
- No previous experience required, as training will be provided on the job
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnace equipment including charging materials, controlling temperatures, and tapping molten iron
- Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the blast furnace
