Head Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end pastry shop in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry making and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all pastries, managing the pastry team, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes
- Oversee the production and presentation of all pastries
- Train and manage the pastry team
- Ensure that all pastries are made to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry department
- Collaborate with other chefs to create seasonal menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation days, and opportunities for growth within our company.
