Experienced Tiler


A reputable construction company in Vianden is seeking an experienced Tiler to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in tiling and be proficient in various tiling techniques and materials. The successful candidate will work on projects involving residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion. They will be responsible for measuring and cutting tiles, preparing surfaces, mixing adhesives, and installing tiles according to design plans. The Tiler must also have excellent attention to detail, be physically fit, and possess strong time management skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles according to design plans
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles or debris
- Mix adhesives and apply them to surfaces
- Install tiles on walls, floors, countertops, etc.
- Ensure accurate alignment and spacing between tiles
- Use appropriate tools for cutting and shaping tiles
- Check for levelness of installed tiles
- Clean up work area after completion of project
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Provide recommendations for tile selection based on functionality and aesthetics

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tiler
- Proficient in various tiling techniques and materials (e.g. ceramic, porcelain, stone)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit for performing manual labor tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to read design plans and calculate material quantities needed
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Own transportation preferred (not required)
