Turner Supervisor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Turner Supervisor to join our team in Zagreb. As the Turner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of turners, ensuring that all work is completed to high quality standards and within specified deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of turners, providing guidance, training and support as needed
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools needed for projects
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and any potential delays
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while on the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Knowledge of various turning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
- Ability to problem solve and think critically
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in turning preferred
- Must be able to speak English fluently

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Contract:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.

Location:
This position is located in Zagreb, Croatia.
