Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects within our company. As a project manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project activities from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project resources including budget, staff allocation, and equipment
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress and address any issues
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies
- Prepare reports for management regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
