We are a leading manufacturing company in Alta, Norway looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines to ensure they are running properly
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Meet production quotas and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Proficiency in using various types of machinery and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
