Online Consultant - English Speaking (Moscow, Russia)


We are a dynamic and fast-paced online consulting company, seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This position is suitable for Indians with excellent English speaking skills who are currently residing in Moscow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients.
- Work closely with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Meet targets set by the company for customer satisfaction and sales.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
- Must have own valid visa to work in Moscow.
