Dismantler Technician
As a Dismantler Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing parts from vehicles, machinery, or other equipment. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools. You will also be responsible for identifying and sorting usable parts for resale or recycling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles, machinery, or equipment according to industry standards and safety procedures
- Use hand and power tools to remove parts efficiently and effectively
- Inspect removed parts for damage or wear and determine if they can be resold or recycled
- Sort usable parts into designated areas for resale or recycling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate with team members to coordinate dismantling process
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Dismantler preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to use hand and power tools
- Knowledge of vehicle/machinery systems, parts, and functions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify damaged or worn-out parts
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work flexible hours
Salary: $1600 per month (based on experience)
Location: Las Vegas (open for Kenyans, foreigners with valid work permit, English-speaking individuals without accommodation)
